Even the first look at the Navic 400 will inspire you: The 4-inch display with pressure-sensitive touchscreen shows you exactly how your route runs, in any lighting conditions. But that’s not all: the display is easy to configure according to your exact preferences, with pure navigation functionality or a combined view with speed or distance remaining, and setting up the unit is easy and absolutely intuitive. Whether you’re tackling a daytime commute to the office, an evening lap of one of your favorite trails or a longer ride at the weekend, you can easily and intuitively configure the display to your specific requirements. The compact unit is also an ideal companion on hikes. Activate the navigation function and a large arrow constantly shows the direction and approaching turns. The pure navigation mode displays a clear, easily legible map section with all essential details about the surroundings – including a clear arrow pointing the way.

The ‘get me home’ function familiar from car sat navs can also be activated on the NAVIC 400: the quickest way home is displayed in a flash. The navigation comfort package also includes a ‘suggest a route’ function. Enter a start and endpoint and the NAVIC 400 will calculate 3 routes based on a profile selected by the user beforehand. Maximum distance, duration, and type of surface can be combined to create the required route profile – for the ultimate surprise tour.

The NAVIC 400 effortlessly handles ready-made routes that friends send you as GPX files or that you download from route portals: simply load them on to the unit using the data cable and the GPS data for the ride is stored in the route directory, to be retrieved at the push of a button.

A further unbeatable benefit of the NAVIC 400 is its mapping, a mix of OpenStreetMap and Falk with exact KOMPASS contour lines.
